   Shine Institute of Management and Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a well-known IT institute in the Northern Part of Orissa . It is nestled in between the sea-shore and heart of the town, Balasore. This institute was established  in 2004.
         With a view to providing comprehensive knowledge & skill and to produce eminent IT professionals it has been providing well –equiped  infrastructure and high profile teachers , with an intention to create trained and skillful students to cope with the 21st century.
    Secondly, with the objective of providing self-employability skill and IT Literacy among all sections of the society, to bring them into the global market to earn the wholesome money for the benefit of their own society , we have been trying since 2004.
       Due to gradual expansion , growth and its visual improvements our management panel had decided to incorporate this institute as Private Limited Company and it has achieved its goal with the formation of the “Shine Institute of Management and Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.” on 19th December 2006.
         Due to our strong endeovour , quality education and consistent result , it achieved  ISO 9001 : 2000 Certificate . That’s way the board of Directors  have minimized the course fees , to redress the economic stress of the parents and students across the country.
